The one bedroom one bath units feature whitewater, oceanview balconies. Easy beach and facility accesses. They are fully furnished and equipped with queen size beds in the master bedroom and queen size sofa beds in the living rooms. There are full kitchens with dishwasher, stoves, microwaves, toaster/baking ovens and coffee pots.
Both units also feature gas fireplaces and electric heaters for your comfort, as well as telephones for local calls.
Some beach toys and a porta crib or high chair is generally available. Laundry room with washers and dryer is available if needed.
Take the elevator or the stairs. Walk out of the building and you are steps from the sand. Your reserved underground parking space is also steps from the elevator to your unit.
The one bedroom units are right next door to each other and when both are available, they are ideal for two families or couples who want to be together but still have privacy. Each is fully furnished including linens, towels, kitchens, etc. and each has cable TV.
